Sephora Plans 714K-SF Warehouse in North Las Vegas

Sephora plans to finalize its lease negotiation for a 714,000-square-foot facility on 45 acres at VanTrust Real Estate’s Tropical Distribution Center in North Las Vegas. The facility is being developed for the prestige beauty retailer as its western distribution center, and is slated to deliver in May 2019.

The deal was facilitated by an economic development package from the Nevada Governor’s Office of Economic Development (GOED). Sephora’s facility will consist of a 694,000-square-foot distribution center for retail locations and e-commerce fulfillment center with direct shipping to consumers, as well as an attached 20,000-square-foot, single-story office.

Located on 120-acres in North Las Vegas near Las Vegas Motor Speedway, Tropical Distribution Center (pictured) is located adjacent to Amazon’s recently-announced 2.4-million-square-foot fulfillment center. VanTrust is developing both facilities, as well as the associated site work and adjacent public roadways.

The Connect Industrial conference will take place July 11. For more information, or to register, log on here.
