Self-Storage Expert Mike Miggins Joins CBRE

Mike Miggins joined CBRE’s Valuation & Advisory Services (VAS) in Houston as a director. In his role, he will spearhead CBRE VAS’ right-of-way practice in the region, as well as being a member of the firm’s national self-storage specialty group, with emphasis on the south-central region.

Miggins previously served as managing director at Colliers International, where he focused on Houston and the surrounding Gulf Coast markets, including Southern Louisiana. He has performed real estate valuations on many property types. Additionally, Miggins has consulted on and appraised property for litigation, and has testified as an expert witness.

“Mike is an exceptional appraiser and will add real value to our valuation team in Houston,” said Bruce Bailey, managing director of CBRE’s Houston office. “He has particular experience in the self-storage space, and will play a key role as we continue to grow our market-share in specialist property types across the region.”
