Seeman Holtz Inks Deal at Airport Center

Seeman Holtz Property & Casualty signed for 21,363 square feet at Airport Center, 6505 Airport Blvd. in Austin. Financial details were not available, but according to Aquila Commercial, the asking rent is $20 per square foot, triple-net.

The landlord is listed as Lamy-Arcadia LLC of Austin. Chad Barrett with Aquila Commercial represented the landlord. Brad Buckman and Jay Lamy, also with Aquila Commercial, advised the tenant.

The 85,639-square-foot Airport Center is north of downtown Austin, near the Highland Mall redevelopment. Other tenants include Workforce Solutions and Texas Medical Careers Ltd.
