Seefried/Clarion JV Acquires 76 Acres in Tracy for Warehouse Development
A joint venture of Seefried Industrial Properties and Clarion Partners has acquired 76-acres of land for development of a three-building spec warehouse project located in Tracy, CA, at the northeast corner of Grant Line Road and Chrisman Road. Industry sources estimate the value of the completed project will be $100 million or more.
As planned, the project will total 1,130,000 square feet of modern space in buildings encompassing 260,000 square feet, 517,000 square feet and 353,000 square feet, respectively.
Construction is set to begin this June and anticipated for completion June 2021. HPA has been engaged as architect; K&W is the civil engineer.
Buildings will feature 32 to 36 foot clear heights, 185-foot truck courts, 339 total trailer spaces, and ESFR systems.
The Colliers International team, led by Mike Goldstein and John Steinbuch, will lead the leasing/marketing efforts for the new project.
