Sealy Acquires 277K-SF Atlanta-Area Office Portfolio
Dallas-based Sealy & Company acquired the Johns Creek Value & Income Portfolio, a 277,201-square-foot, single-story office portfolio in metro Atlanta’s North Fulton submarket, on behalf of Sealy Strategic Equity Partners (SSEP). The seller and purchase price were undisclosed.
The Johns Creek Portfolio is located at the intersection of McGinnis Ferry and Johns Creek Parkway. The 89%-leased property provides strong in-place cash flow, supported by an established tenant roster containing three HQ tenants including ARRIS International, Femasys, and Alpha Advanced Materials.
Sealy & Co.’s Scott Sealy, Jr. says, “This investment provides Sealy opportunities to demonstrate our entrepreneurial spirit. The acquisition was made at a significant discount to replacement cost in a high-growth and high-income micro-market.”
