Scott M. Bloom Becomes Director of Leasing for HelmsleySpear

Scott M. Bloom has joined HelmsleySpear as executive vice president and director of commercial leasing.

“As a 2012 Real Estate Board of New York Deal of the Year award winner, he leads by example,” said Kent M. Swig, president of HelmsleySpear, the country’s oldest continuously-operating real estate firm, founded in 1866.

Bloom has more than 28 years of commercial real estate leasing and sales experience, most recently for Bloom Real Estate Group. He also worked for Newmark, and Williams Real Estate.
