Schneider Electric Takes Space in El Paso

Schneider Electric USA inked a deal for 112,721 square feet of manufacturing and distribution space at 1701 Northwestern Dr. in El Paso. The Palatine, IL-headquartered company manufactures, markets and distributes industrial control and electrical distribution products and systems for residential and industrial users.

Anthony Mash of CBRE’s El Paso office represented the landlord, Stag Industrial, which has owned the property since 2014. Adin Brown with Sonny Brown Associates represented Schneider Electric. The 236,631-square-foot building, which opened in 2001, is situated on 13.5 acres in the Northwest Corporate Center.

The tenant is an American subsidiary of Schneider Electric SE, a French multinational corporation.
