Scannell Plans Speculative Development in Milwaukee

Indianapolis-based Scannell Properties plans to develop a 150,000-square-foot speculative industrial facility on Milwaukee’s northwest side. The real estate development and investment company selected Willowbrook, IL-based Morgan / Harbour to execute the project.

The 12.5-acre parcel at 12111 and 12255 W. Carmen Ave., is envisioned for a facility featuring 15 exterior docks with 16 knock-out panels for future docks, and 22 trailer stalls with dolly pads. The facility will offer tenants convenient access to Interstates 41/45, General Mitchell International Airport, and Milwaukee’s full transit offerings.

The Boerke Company’s Jeff Hoffman will market the multi-tenant development for lease on behalf of Scannell Properties.

Completion of the new speculative warehouse is scheduled for Fall 2019.
