Savills Studley Team Jumps to Newmark Knight Frank

Newmark Knight Frank added three CRE veterans to its Houston office. Mark Russell, Steve Biegel and Jay Bonano, formerly with Savills Studley, are taking on the roles of Vice Chairman, Executive Managing Director and Executive Managing Director, respectively.

“We are truly looking forward to making a big splash with NKF,” Russell said. “Its national platform will be an asset to our entire team, and will provide us with depth and resources that we did not previously have. We have all been a part of this business for a long time, and are ecstatic to be starting this new chapter in our careers at the firm.”

Russell and Biegel have been with Savills Studley since 2003, with Bonano joining them in the mid-2000s. The team brings with it more than 100 years of experience in leasing, acquisitions, dispositions, construction, development, project management, asset management and commercial real estate law.
