Savills Studley Promotes Four to Vice Chairman
Savills Studley elevated Corey Davidson, Josh Gorin, Matt Hart and Mike Mordaunt to the role of vice chairman. The promotions strengthen senior leadership in California, and respond to the increasing need for advanced tenant-focused workforce, workplace and real estate solutions.
Savills Studley’s Mark Sullivan says, “All four professionals are innovative thinkers who continue to set new standards for service. Their commitment to delivering results for our clients has significantly contributed to the firm’s overall success.”
Davidson joined Savills Studley in 2001 and is based in the firm’s West Los Angeles office. He has completed more than 22 million square feet in transactions, and been instrumental in the execution of several of the largest real estate deals in the U.S.
Gorin is the DTLA office lead and responsible for operations, recruitment, training and local development initiatives. He also serves as Savills Studley Academy co-chair, overseeing the national professional development program. Gorin has been with Savills Studley for more than 20 years, and led transaction negotiations totaling more than 25 million square feet.
Hart joined Savills Studley in 1997, and is a member of the firm’s San Francisco office. He has advised tenants on more than five million square feet of transactions in the Bay Area.
Mordaunt has more than 17 years of corporate experience, and is dedicated to exclusively representing occupiers. Based in San Jose, he has completed five million square feet of transactions, with a total consideration of more than $2 billion.
