Sarasota Office Complex Trades for $45M

Taurus Investment Holdings has acquired Gateway Professional Center, a four-building office complex in Sarasota. The sales price was $45.2 million.

The 246,941-square-foot complex is comprised of four buildings located at 301, 401, 501 and 551 N. Cattlemen Road in Sarasota. Currently, the center is 95% leased to a tenant roster that includes accounting, insurance, engineering and technology companies. Amenities at the center include adjacent restaurants, a fitness center and a conference center as well as parking for more than 1,150 vehicles.

Ike Ojala, Hermen Rodriguez and Matthew McCormack of JLL represented the seller, TerraCap Management, in the transaction.
