Sapir Corp Names Amir Richulsky as CEO

Publicly traded Sapir Corp Ltd will appoint Amir Richulsky, currently director of finance for the Sapir Organization, as its next CEO.  Richulsky will assume the role on May 15, after serving as an integral part of the finance team at the Sapir Organization for nearly five years.

“Amir is a seasoned leader and we are excited that the board has approved his appointment to lead Sapir Corp,” said Sapir Corp chair Alex Sapir. “Amir is an experienced CPA and has worked in leadership roles within the Sapir Organization for nearly five years.  He brings with him valuable insight and experience that will ease the transition process and allow him to hit the ground running.”

Before joining the Sapir Organization, Richulsky served in financial leadership roles at Adam America and as an audit senior at Deloitte. Sapir Corp’s portfolio includes several assets in New York and Florida.
