SAP Signs Major San Ramon Lease

SAP, one of the world’s largest tech firms has signed a 150,000-square-foot lease at Bishop Ranch in San Ramon. It is considered one of the largest East Bay leases so far this year.

This company is moving in a 1.8-million-square-foot building in the Bishop Ranch complex, which is owned by Sunset Development Co. and totals six million square feet. Sunset and Metlife bought the building to house SAP last year for $250 million from AT&T.

SAP is moving into the building in January 2017 from Dublin. CBRE represented SAP in the lease, while Bishop Ranch was represented in house.
