Santee Town Center Acquired for $27.5M
Santa Monica-based Union City Investments LLC acquired Santee Town Center, a four-building retail center, from Irvine-based Pacific Castle Inc. for $27.5 million. The 11.7-acre site includes 104,128 square feet of space, located on Town Center Pkwy. in Santee, CA.
The center was fully occupied by 15 tenants at the time of the sale, including Dollar Tree, Michaels, Office Depot and Scripps Clinic. The buildings were built in 1994, 1997 and 2000.
Pacific Coast Warehouse Co.’s David Boras represented the buyer. Reza Investment Group Inc.’s Ramez Barsoum and Aaron Bettencourt represented the seller.
