Santa Fe Springs Gets Significant Industrial Tenant

Santa Fe Springs is getting a new major industrial tenant that is moving from Carson.

Custom Companies, which signed a 306,286-square-foot lease valued at $13.7 million over 63 months, is transferring into a facility owned by Oltmans Real Estate Co. The firm is an expediter of air and water-freight shipments across the country.

Wesley Hunnicutt and Matthew Moore of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank were the brokers in the transaction representing the new tenant. Eric Knirk of Fremont Associates was the broker who did the deal for Oltmans.

NGKF found the building for Custom Companies in only 60 days.
