Santa Ana Planning Commission Approves Toll Brothers MXU
A proposed mixed-use development by Pennsylvania-based Toll Brothers received an approval from the Santa Ana Planning Commission. The 4th and Main development would include a five and a seven-story building envisioned for a mix of 220 residences above 12,350 square feet of ground-floor retail space and sidewalk dining area.
Located at 114 and 117 E. Main St., the MVE + Partners-designed project would replace the First American Title Co. building, which is mostly vacant. The site is along the OC Streetcar route, which is under construction, in the heart of downtown Santa Ana.
Planned project amenities include a courtyard swimming pool and a rooftop deck for social gatherings, as well as parking for 332 vehicles.
