San Francisco’s Last True Waterfront Condo Building Unveiled

The John Buck Company, Paramount Group, Inc., and SRE Group Ltd unveiled their vision for One Steuart Lane, a 20-story condominium development situated directly along San Francisco’s waterfront. The 120 residences include one-to three-bedroom floorplans, as well as penthouse residences.

The John Buck Co.’s Ben Kochalski says, “One Steuart Lane represents an opportunity that will likely never again exist in San Francisco. From the meticulously designed residences set squarely on the waterfront, to the unparalleled views and prime location, One Steuart Lane offers a world-class urban lifestyle for buyers who seek a private sanctuary but still desire a connection to the heart of the city.”

Designed by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill, residences will have floor-to-ceiling windows with elevated ceiling heights, and many featuring private balconies or terraces, providing unobstructed views of the Bay Bridge and Ferry Building.

One Steuart Lane is expected to deliver in early 2021. Polaris Pacific is leading the sales effort.
