San Diego Investor Sells Fully-Leased Santee Industrial Assets
A two-building, 36,345-square foot industrial property located on a 2.12-acre parcel at 8745-8747 N. Magnolia Ave. in Santee, CA was sold for $4.85 million. The buyer was Poway-based Zuantasnid, while the seller was San Diego-based Pearl and Herschel, LLC.
Colliers International’s Evan McDonald, SIOR and Taylor DeBerry represented the buyer. CEG Advisors’ Pat Geary advised the seller.
“This property will be a strong, long-term investment for the new ownership in an ideal location,” said McDonald. “At the time of sale, the property was fully occupied by four tenants with remaining lease terms.”
Last month, McDonald and DeBerry also represented Zuantasnid in the sale of another industrial property in Poway. Following the closing the deals, the pair also secured a lease for Zuantasnid in a 13,200-square-foot industrial suite in Poway for its retail and e-commerce business operations.
