San Diego Creative Office Gains Traction

One of the newest signs of the ‘office of the future’ is at Digital Telepathy in Downtown San Diego.

The consultancy firm is trying to attract Millennials by creating new design layouts with open spaces and areas where employees can interact socially. The company says creating settings that are not to the norm are key factors for a fun and improved work environment.

Distinctive features include movable tables that double as white boards and lunch surfaces, and “The Lodge” an area with a fake fireplace and moosehead where client meetings can take place in a calm, welcoming setting.

Architectural firm Gensler designed the space.
