San Diego County Industrial Asset Bought

Palomar Corporate Center, a fully occupied 66,922 square foot industrial building in Vista, was recently acquired by TDA, Inc. based in Northern California. The deal was brokered by Newmark Grubb Knight Frank (NGFK). The property was sold by the D. A. Whitacre Family Trust.

Palomar was built in 1999. It serves as the corporate headquarters of EarthLite, which supplies massage tables and other equipment related to the practice. Brent Bohlken, senior managing director, and Paul Britvar, an associate with NGKF, completed the deal.
