Samuels & Associates Elevates Menzin to Principal

Abe Menzin has been named a partner at Samuels & Associates. Currently EVP of development, Menzin has been with the company since 2010 and has overseen the permitting and development of several large, complex mixed-use projects.

“During his time with our team, Abe has been 100% invested in not only creating world-class projects but doing so in a way that contributes to the city,” said Steve Samuels, chairman and principal of the firm. “His contributions have been immeasurable and we are glad to add him to the senior leadership team.”

Before joining the Samuels & Associates team 10 years ago, Menzin held a variety of roles in project management, finance and development at real estate, design and construction firms in the Boston area. He has focused his entire career on transit-oriented developments, and plays a key role in securing debt and equity financing along with focusing on project execution.
