Salon 718 Comes to 1 Hotels’ DUMBO Location

HUDSON’s Nicole Liebman (pictured) has arranged the newest lease for contemporary stylist Salon 718 at 1 Hotel Brooklyn Bridge in Brooklyn’s DUMBO section. It’s the second retail-amenity tenant she has brought to the boutique hotel brand’s DUMBO location, following a lease arranged earlier this year for Poe Yoga.

“The 1 Hotel was included in the prestigious Condé Nast Travelers’ ‘Hottest Hotels’ list,” said Liebman, a director with HUDSON. “This is an elevated hospitality brand for which strategic curation is important. The brands need to fit the eco-luxury vibe of the hotel and guests, as well as offer popular services for the neighborhood.”

Liebman represented both the tenant and the property’s ownership, Starwood Capital and Toll Brothers. Terra CRG’s Chris Havens also provided owner representation.
