Salesforce Makes Midtown Move into Bryant Park Tower
San Francisco-based Salesforce.com is raising its presence in New York by consolidating three Manhattan offices into a new regional headquarters at 3 Bryant Park. The transaction at the 41-story, 1.2-million-square-foot tower in Midtown reportedly involves about 200,000-square feet.
The developer of cloud-based business software seeks to double its workforce in NYC, and bolster its reach to new customers. Salesforce plans to move into the former MetLife Inc. tower by the end of 2016, once the insurer vacates.
The building, located at 1095 Avenue of the Americas and owned by Canadian-based Ivanhoe Cambridge Inc., will be renamed Salesforce Tower New York.
