SAC Healthcare Takes Space in San Bernardino
SAC Healthcare signed a lease for more than 10,000 square feet at 275 Hospitality Lane in San Bernardino. The Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) is taking space at a property owned by Hospitality Executive Center LLC to house a call center, referrals department and IT group, functions previously based at a 150,000-square-foot campus built in 2016 at 250 S. G St. in San Bernardino.
LDM Commercial’s Lon Mapes represented the tenant. The landlord was represented in-house by Rosalind Tan.
Mapes says, “Upon completion in 2016, SAC Health System steadily grew into their 150,000-square-foot state-of-the-art campus. As they reached capacity last year, the decision was made to search for office space in the vicinity to relocate the call center, referrals department and IT department. This frees up space to be repurposed for additional clinic uses to enhance patient capacity and overall experience. The new location fit the need well as it is less than three miles away from the main campus.”
