Ryan Unveils 1st Round Concepts for Naperville, IL MXU

Ryan Companies unveiled its first round of concepts for 5th Avenue, a proposed mixed-use development in Naperville, IL. The project is envisioned to contain roughly 100,000 square feet of Class A office, 400 multifamily units, 30 to 50 for-sale condominiums, 15 to 30 brownstones, 30,000 to 50,000 square feet of retail, professional space and more than 2,800 parking spaces.

Ryan Companies’ Jim McDonald says, “I am pleased with our team’s effort and creativity with these initial concepts. This is the beginning of our design efforts, not the end. Moving forward, we will continue to push for public / green space, efficient parking and transit, a diverse mix of uses and the highest quality design.”

The initial concepts will be presented for public review this week, including a detailed analysis of two primary concepts. Review of height analysis, infrastructure, a preliminary cost analysis and two project animations will also be presented.
