Ryan Huddlestun Joins Colliers in Debt and Structured Finance

Ryan Huddlestun has joined Colliers International | Chicago as an SVP in debt and structured finance. Based in Chicago, Huddlestun will work primarily with Colliers’ Midwest offices to help service the capital needs of the company’s clients.

Huddlestun was most recently a VP with JMB Financial Advisors, a real estate investment advisor providing customized capital solutions on behalf of institutional and private investors for the acquisition, development and recapitalization of all real estate asset classes. He provided capital solutions for the firm’s clients and sourced new, third-party relationships.

Prior to joining JMB, Huddlestun served as principal and co-founder of Waveland Financial, a commercial real estate advisory firm specializing in financing transactions, distressed debt, asset acquisition and disposition.

Before founding Waveland in 2009, he served as executive director at Eurohypo AG, a subsidiary of Commerzbank. During his Eurohypo tenure, he originated more than $5 billion in commercial real estate loans.
