Ryan Cos. & Grand Living Get Ready for Seniors Developments

Ryan Cos. U.S. Inc. and partner Grand Living announced their intent to build two seniors housing developments in Texas. Grand Living at Riverstone will go north at 4814 LJ Pkwy. in suburban Houston’s Sugar Land, while Grand Living at Georgetown, will be situated at 1330 W. University Ave. in Georgetown, north of Austin. Both projects are being developed and built by Ryan Cos., with Ryan Companies A+E the architect. Grand Living will manage the assets when they are completed.

Both properties consist of 180 units, and are expected to break ground in early 2019.  Grand Living-branded seniors housing in Iowa, Florida and South Dakota offers independent and assisted living, as well as memory-care units. Other amenities include on-site staffing, a performance theater, a span and salon, outdoor pool and dining facilities.
