RXR Realty Tops Out The Ritz-Carlton Residences Long Island, Phase II

Workers set the topmost beam in place at Phase II of The Ritz-Carlton Residences Long Island, a condominium development now underway in North Hills, NY.

“We are excited to celebrate the topping out of The Residences and the completed superstructure,” said Marco Martegiani, CEO of Pizzarotti, a construction services company that has the $100 million contract to build Phase II.

Developer RXR Realty plans to complete the 120 luxury condominiums on 17 beautifully-landscaped acres by 2019.
