Rubenstein, SCP Bring CBIZ to Indy Campus

Philadelphia-based Rubenstein Partners and Indianapolis-based Strategic Capital Partners (SCP) leased 53,000 square feet to CBIZ at the Parkwood Crossing office park in Indianapolis. The tenant provides professional and financial services from more than 100 offices across the U.S.

“Since acquiring Parkwood, our goal has been to create a fully-amenitized and differentiated product that tenants today are seeking,” said Julian Smyth, VP at Rubenstein. “We believe landing a high-caliber firm like CBIZ validates the strategic investments we’ve made into the campus.”

Rubenstein and SCP are investing approximately $20 million in improvements at Parkwood, most notably the PARC, reportedly the first standalone, full-service tenant amenity center in a major office complex in the Indianapolis market

A JLL team led by Traci Kapsalis, Adam Broderick and Brittany Shuler handled the lease transaction on behalf of the building ownership. Gibraltar Real Estate Services and JLL’s Matt Waggoner negotiated on behalf of the tenant.
