Royal Oak City Center’s $100M Plan
Central Park Development Group has unveiled plans to develop the Royal Oak City Center (ROCC) in Royal Oak, MI, along with retail and office space. The project, which could break ground in fall, has an estimated price tag of $100 million.
According to reports, the 190,000-square-foot development would take care of two important needs in the city. First, it would replace the obsolete city hall. Second, it would add more office space to Royal Oak’s downtown. Costs would be spread equally between the private sector and the city.
Central Park Development Group consists of the Boji Group in Lansing, MI, and Surnow Co. and RAD Development Group, both in Birmingham, MI. RAD Development is run by attorney Randall Denha.
