Round Rock Council Rezones Land for MF Build

The Round Rock, TX city council unanimously approved the annexing and rezoning of 27 acres for a planned unit development (PUD). With the approval in hand, Wisconsin-based Continental Properties is ready to develop apartments on approximately 22.5 acres. The site is on the south side of Round Rock, at Greenlawn Boulevard and Pflugerville Parkway.

The zoning permits 12 residential units per building to be built around a common open space. Any buildings developed will be limited to two stories, with plenty of greenspace planned. The project will also offer a pet playground, swimming pool and fitness facility, and a community kitchen.

The remaining 4.5 acres will be geared toward commercial use.
