Rose Associates Adds Multifamily Manager, Elevates CFO to CIO

Rose Associates has hired industry veteran Scott Marino as executive director of multifamily management, and has promoted CFO Marc Ehrlich (pictured) to CIO. Marino is joining the multifamily development and management firm from the LeFrak Organization.

“Scott Marino is a top-tier addition to the Rose Associates team,” said COO Brian Peters. “We look forward to applying his talents to expand our management portfolio, while also using his deep industry expertise to fine-tune our multifamily management platform.”

Peters added that Ehrlich, who joined the company in 2013, is “a highly valued colleague and leader here at Rose. His seamless transition to CIO allows us to quickly ramp up our acquisition and investment activities at a time when the company is growing at an unprecedented rate across the tri-state area.”
