RockFarmer Launches Sales at Rowan Condos in Astoria

RockFarmer Properties launched sales at The Rowan, its ground-up residential condominium project in Astoria. The 46-unit property’s sales gallery is now open to the public for tours following the sell-out of the building’s first set of homes released for presales.

Buyers will have the opportunity to preview a 3D model of the building and use an interactive sales tool to select their residence. Visitors can also view a built-out kitchen, living room and bathrooms; preview finishes; and see the building’s oversized windows first-hand.

“There are only a few projects on the market today that have seen such a strong response ahead of a sales launch, a feat unto itself,” said Stephen Kliegerman, president of Halstead Development Marketing, the marketing and sales agency for The Rowan. “In fact, demand was so high that we needed to move up our pre-sales timeline to accommodate interested buyers.”

Connect New York 2020 is set to take place on Wednesday, April 29 at Upper Story by Charlie Palmer. For more information, or to register, click here.
