RockFarmer Launches Makeover on Jackson Heights Offices
RockFarmer Properties commenced the $4-million renovation and repositioning of 82-11 37th Ave., a nine-story, 135,000-square-foot mixed-use office building in Queens’ Jackson Heights neighborhood. Newly renamed Heritage Tower, the property is receiving an upgrade to its common areas, elevator cabs and mechanicals, and connectivity.
“Heritage Tower has long been the premier office address for many professional services firms, medical-related tenants and community organizations in Jackson Heights—it has great layouts, light and views,” said CBRE’s Michael Lee, who oversees leasing at the property.
He added, “As a Queens-based owner and developer, Rockfarmer understands the type of vision needed to modernize the property to ensure it remains the best-in-class office location in the community.”
Current availabilities at Heritage Tower include an 11,126-square-foot full floor penthouse, a 10,000-square-foot space on the lower level and 3,261- and 1,475-square-foot spaces on the fourth and sixth floors, respectively.
