Rockefeller Lands Pair of Tenants in Chandler, AZ

Rockefeller Group signed two tenants at Chandler Crossroads, a 100,000-square-foot flex industrial building at the corner of Gilbert and Queen Creek roads in Chandler, AZ. Valin Corporation will occupy approximately 32,000 square feet, and Caltrol will lease approximately 18,000 square feet.

Rockefeller Group’s Mark Singerman says, “We developed this product to be flexible, allowing for not only warehouse distribution but also manufacturing. The two companies are the ideal tenants for the flex-industrial product offering.”

Valin plans to use the space for operations and logistics staffing, warehousing, electrical assembly, gauge certification and distribution, while Caltrol will use the space for light assembly, fabrication, Control System FAT’s, repair services and warehousing.

Colliers International Paul Sieczkowski and Rob Martensen represented the landlord. NKF’s Rich Hoyt, Chip Wiser and Joe Vale represented Valin, and CBRE’s John Grady advised Caltrol.
