Rockefeller Delivers 1.9M SF in Inland Empire; Divests 1.1M SF
Rockefeller Group delivered two projects totaling nearly two million square feet of industrial space in the Inland Empire. Upon completion, the company sold two of four buildings to Ferguson Enterprises Inc. and 4F Capital LLC, totaling roughly 1.1 million square feet for an undisclosed amount.
The sale to Ferguson is a 1.04-million-square foot distribution building at Optimus Logistics Center in Perris, CA (pictured). Ferguson, the largest U.S. distributor of plumbing supplies, PVF, waterworks and fire and fabrication products, plans move and expand its Ontario, CA., operations to the Rockefeller site.
CBRE’s Darla Longo, Bill Pellington, Len Santoro, Joey Sugar, and Kevin Wille represented Ferguson. JLL’s Mike McCrary, Peter McWilliams and Sharon Wortmann advised Rockefeller Group in the sale at Optimus.
The second building Rockefeller Group sold upon completion was at Tri-City Industrial Complex in San Bernardino. The 81,286 square foot building was sold to 4F Capital.
Colliers International’s Rick Nunez represented 4F Capital in the Tri-City sale. Cushman & Wakefield’s Chuck Belden, Kyle Kehner, Milo Lipson, Tim Pimentel and Ryan Velasquez represented Rockefeller Group.
