Robotics Firm Inks Lease with Calare Properties

Endeavor Robotics signed a deal to take down 35,000 square feet of industrial space at 19 Alpha Rd. in Chelmsford, MA. Hudson, MA-based Calare Properties has owned the 127,500-square-foot, two-building flex industrial asset at 19-21 Alpha Rd. in the Massachusetts tech corridor since June.

The space is being updated for the new tenant as a state-of-the-art facility for robot design, development and integration efforts. Endeavor will employ more than 100 at the new location in November.

Calare was represented by Blake Baldwin of Cushman & Wakefield and James Lipscomb at Transwestern. Endeavor Robotics was represented by Richard Ruggiero with Newmark Grubb Knight Frank.
