Robinson Weeks Inks 435K SF at Atlanta Logistics Facility

Atlanta-based Robinson Weeks Partners signed two new leases at Gillem Logistics Center in Atlanta’s Forrest Park totaling 424,746 square feet. The largest was a 373,996-square-foot transaction in Building 200 with J.I.T. Packaging, LLC, a custom industrial packaging company.

Gillem Logistics Center Building 200 is owned by Barings. The tenant was represented by JLL’s Stephen Bridges.

Andapak, LLC took 50,750 square feet in Building 300. The company produces corrugated cardboard and packaging. The tenant was represented by Reliant Real Estate Partners’ Kevin Randolph and JR Wright. Robinson Weeks Partners owns Gillem Logistics Center Building 300, and was represented by JLL’s Bob Currie and Reed Davis.

The 1,168-acre master-planned park, 10 miles south of Atlanta, will accommodate more than eight million square feet of state-of-the-art Class A distribution and e-commerce facilities when completed.

Dennis Kaiser is Vice President of Public Relations and Communications for Connect Creative. Dennis is a communications leader with more than 40 years of experience including as a journalist and in corporate and agency marketing communications roles. Dennis has also worked on communications and launch strategies for a number of consumer electronic, media and tech brands including SlingMedia, Channel Master, Deluxe Media Entertainment, BeIn Sports, EchoStar and Sprint. Dennis’s agency background included firms such as Off Madison Ave., Idea Hall and Macy + Associates. He has earned an outstanding reputation with organization leaders as a trusted advisor, strategic program implementer, consensus builder and exceptional collaborator. Dennis has developed and managed national communications programs for Fortune 500 companies to start-ups, both public and private. He’s successfully worked with journalists across the globe representing clients involved in major-breaking news stories, product launches, media tours, and company news announcements.
