Robert Peddicord to Head CBRE’s South Bay Office
CBRE named veteran CRE leader Robert Peddicord to head the firm’s South Bay operations, including a 130-person office in El Segundo, CA. He will have oversight of CBRE’s full spectrum of service offerings, including advisory and transactions, capital markets and asset services across all property types.
CBRE’s Lewis Horne says, “Bobby’s depth of experience will be a tremendous asset for our South Bay teams, as we build on the strong momentum in the market. Bobby has long been recognized as one of our region’s most respected commercial real estate executives.”
Peddicord succeeds Jodie Poirier, who will relocate to Boston to join CBRE’s New England leadership team.
Since joining CBRE in 2012, Peddicord has served as executive managing director of Institutional Services in SoCal, and most recently as leader of Asset Services across the Western U.S. Prior to joining CBRE, he spent 18 years on the property ownership side, serving as COO of Younan Properties and GE Capital/Arden Realty.
