Robert Mettel Joins InvenTrust in Western Region Leasing Role

InvenTrust Property Management LLC expanded its executive team with the addition of Robert Mettel as Director of Leasing. Mettel brings more than 30 years of real estate experience, having most recently served as Senior Leasing Consultant at Robertson Properties in Los Angeles.

InvenTrust’s Lance Billingsley says, “Rob has deep experience negotiating complex deals for landlords of open air centers. Moreover, his broad knowledge of the West Coast market as well as his extensive retailer relationships complement our team’s experience.”

Mettel will be responsible for leasing at the wholly-owned subsidiary of InvenTrust Properties Corp.’s open-air retail centers in the SoCal and Denver area markets. Earlier in his CRE career, he held executive and senior leasing positions with SEG Advisors, Combined Properties and Westrust.
