Rob Bridges Joins Avison Young in New Exec Role

Rob Bridges joined Avison Young as Principal and Vice President of Property Management, Texas. In the-newly created role, Bridges will develop a Texas property management service line of office, industrial and retail assets, and grow the property management business in Austin, Dallas and Houston. He will operate out of the company’s Houston office.

Bridges was previously Transwestern’s Executive Managing Director of Asset Services, and Executive Vice President-Leader of National Office Property Management with Stream Realty Partners. He also had leadership roles with Hines and Grubb & Ellis.

“Rob’s vast experience and credibility as a regional and national property management leader will be extremely beneficial to Avison Young and our clients,” said Randel Waites, Avison Young Principal and Managing Director, U.S. Real Estate Management Services. “In addition, he will complement Avison Young’s enterprise solutions, leasing, landlord representation and investment sales service lines – among others.”
