RMK Adds 3 Communities to Management Portfolio

RMK Management Corporation, one of the Midwest’s largest market-rate apartment management firms, has taken over leasing and property management for three rental communities totaling 407 units in Wisconsin, Illinois and Indiana. The properties’ new owners, Trevian Capital and Crown Properties, spent over $3,500,000 for capital improvements.

“The extensive improvements to the properties’ apartments and grounds will make these rental communities even more desirable to individuals and families looking for maintenance-free living and a comfortable place to call home,” said Anthony Rossi Sr., CEO of Chicago-based RMK.

Summit Hill in Madison, WI (pictured) is a 123-unit property with convenient access to dining, entertainment, shopping, the state capital and the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Wing Park, a 184-unit community near the Fox River in Elgin, IL., offers one and two-bedroom apartments. Located eight minutes from the Indiana Dunes, Abbey Lane, a 100-unit property in Chesterton, IN, also features one and two-bedroom units.

The Connect Apartments Conference will take place June 20, 2019 in Los Angeles. For more information, or to register, click here.
