RMC Plans Repositioning for 555 White Plains Road

Robert Martin Company (RMC) bought a mostly-empty office park at an undisclosed price from RNY Property Trust, which is selling off its properties in Westchester County, NY.

Currently, only 25% of the 133,645-square-foot building is leased at 555 White Plains Road. “RMC recognized the range of potential repositioning opportunities that 555 White Plains Rd. represents,” said Cushman & Wakefield’s Andrew Merin.

The building features floor sizes of approximately 33,000 square feet and 386 parking spaces, including 64 covered executive parking spaces. The five-story office building sits on 4.2 acres, and is just three minutes from the Tappan Zee Bridge.
