RKF Will Handle Retail Lease-Up at Stellar’s Greenpoint Residential

Stellar Management has named RKF, a Newmark company, as the retail leasing agent for OTTO Greenpoint, the developer’s eight-story residential property in Brooklyn’s Greenpoint neighborhood. RKF’s David Rosenberg, Young Kim and Alex Hedaya are handling the assignment to lease up approximately 28,000 square feet of ground- and lower-level space.

“OTTO’s retail presents tremendous and versatile opportunities for retail tenants looking to set up shop in one of New York City’s most burgeoning neighborhoods,” said Stellar COO Adam Roman.

Rosenberg noted that Greenpoint is transitioning with a significant amount of residential development. “As the residential density increases, retail demand grows,” he said. “There is greater need for retail offerings, including quick-service food and markets, health and fitness, coffee purveyors, child care and pet services, salons and much more.”

Stellar began residential leasing at OTTO last fall. The project was designed by Gene Kaufman Architects, representing the shop’s first project in Greenpoint.
