RiverOak NYC Completes $114M in Purchases

Real estate investment fund RiverOak NYC has invested $113.5 million in eight properties in New York City acquisitions. Most recently, the fund formed a joint venture partnership with The Mann Group to pay $5.8 million for 215 33rd St., a 24-unit apartment building in Brooklyn’s Sunset Heights neighborhood.

The fund focuses on value-added investments, including mixed-use and apartment buildings in Brooklyn and Manhattan including:

– a multi-family portfolio in Manhattan’s Harlem neighborhood

– an office condominium at 77 Bowery in Lower Manhattan

– inclusionary housing projects at 321 E. 60th St. and 316 E. 91st St. on Manhattan’s Upper East Side
