River North Luxury Rental Reaches Leasing Milestone
The Hubbard221 luxury rental tower from Hubbard Street Group and co-developer Centrum Realty and Development is 65% leased less than six months after its opening. The 23-story River North property opened its doors to residents last November.
“The brisk pace of leasing, especially through the winter season, has exceeded even our highest expectations,” said Hubbard Street partner Kage Brown. “The full floor of amenities on the 21st level—with 12-foot, floor-to-ceiling windows that maximize city views—is a big differentiator.”
Hubbard Street also considered how individual amenities could be designed to flow naturally into each other and maximize flexibility, Brown added. The team added elements such as a sliding door between the co-working space and the entertainment suite, both on the 21st floor.
“As more apartments come on line, Hubbard221 distinguishes itself by catering to renters who want more than just a community that checks all the boxes,” said Brown.
