RIPCO’s Rosen and Simmonds Finalize Leases in Carnegie Hill

RIPCO Real Estate’s Beth Rosen and Emily Simmonds secured four leases totaling 2,193 square feet in the Upper East Side’s Carnegie Hill neighborhood. Additionally, the pair were named leasing agents for a 3,300-square-foot ground floor space at 1217 Madison Ave.

• At 1260 Madison Ave. a lease for Dr Smood, a health-conscious food and beverage purveyor, which was represented Compass’ Albert Dayan and Jack Anteby; a lease for Ginette NY Jewelry, a boutique jeweler, represented by Isaacs & Co.’s Joshua Lewin and Jeremy Aidan; and a lease renewal for Laila’s Florist, represented by SRS’ Jansen Hansen.

• At nearby 1225 Madison Ave., Rosen and Simmonds leased space to women’s clothier Elaine Kim. The Los Angeles-based brand is opening its second location in New York City.

The leases, representing distinct uses, reflect “our strategic approach to curating a roster of retailers that will benefit this neighborhood in different ways,” said Rosen.
