Ripco Expands Brooklyn Team with New Hires
Ripco Real Estate is adding a pair of old Brooklyn hands to its roster with the hiring of Alex Beard as managing director and Peter Yoon as director. Beard (pictured) joins RIPCO after 12 years with RKF, while Yoon has 14 years experience in brokerage, most recently with Schuckman Realty.
Beard has represented both landlords and tenants in some of Brooklyn’s fastest growing neighborhoods. “RIPCO’s rapid and strategic growth in the boroughs, fantastic reputation and renowned company culture played vital roles in my move,” said Beard. “I have collaborated with my new colleagues for some time, and know that I am joining a team of experts who pride themselves on integrity and have expansive market knowledge.”
In five years at Schuckman, Yoon executed more than 50 transactions across the outer boroughs, Westchester County and northern New Jersey. His focus at the firm was on landlord representation.
