RigNet Takes HQ Space in Park Ten Plaza

RigNet, which supplies technology to aid in remote connectivity, signed a lease to take down 28,808 square feet of office space for its headquarters at Park Ten Plaza. The company currently works at 1880 S. Dairy Ashford, in the West Houston submarket.

The 155,140-square-foot Park Ten, located at 15115 Park Row, is in the Energy Corridor submarket, further west than RigNet’s current headquarters. The RigNet deal brings the building to 83% leased.

Brad Fricks with Stream Realty represented landlord USAA Real Estate Co. Joe Peddie at Cushman & Wakefield was the tenant representative.

The owner agreed to add a conference and fitness centers to the building’s amenity base as part of the transaction, Fricks said. “RigNet’s decision to relocate its company headquarters to Park Ten Plaza is an upgrade in their facilities, and a positive sign of its growth and commitment to employees,” he added.
