Right Move Awarded Self-Storage Portfolio Management

Right Move Storage LLC has been awarded the management and leasing of a 1,052-unit self-storage portfolio, consisting of two properties in Galveston and Texas City, TX. The properties are owned and under development by JMK5 Holdings. LandPark Advisors LLC, a Right Move Storage affiliate, will oversee operations and provide advisory services.

Both properties are in the final construction phases. The 436-unit property in Galveston is a conversion of the Falstaff Brewery at 3302 Church St. The 616-unit facility in Texas City is part of a repositioning of the Mall of the Mainland on Emmet F. Lowry.
